The preview of AI Auto Cropper is completely free. We do not take payment. There is no checkout, no subscription, and no credit pack offered on the site. Because using the service does not involve transactions, standard usage generates no billable items.
During the free preview we do not collect payment, so normal use has nothing to refund. If you see a charge you do not recognize and you believe it came from us, email support@aiautocropper.com. We reply within 5 to 7 business days. We do not control how long a bank takes to show the money.
