These terms govern your access to and use of aiautocropper.com. By using our site to split multi-photo scans or crop subjects, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and Acceptance

You may use this service only if you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the website.

Account Registration

No account is required to use the service. You can access the cropping utilities directly in your browser without creating credentials or maintaining an account profile.

Acceptable Use and Content Rules

You are responsible for the materials you process through the service. You must adhere to the following usage standards:

Photo Rights: You must hold the necessary rights to use the photos you process. Do not process other people's copyrighted or private photos without permission.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in unlawful use, launch attacks against our infrastructure, scrape content, reverse engineer the code, resell access to the service, distribute malware, send spam, engage in harassment, publish defamatory content, or impersonate any individual or entity.

Performance and Output Disclaimers

The product is designed to split printed photos out of album pages and multi-photo scans. For one ordinary photo that still has background around the subject, it can find a person, pet, or common object and crop around it. However, automated detection has technical limitations:

Detection can miss a photo.
We do not guarantee every print is found, a pixel-perfect crop, that a sideways or upside-down photo will be turned upright, perspective correction, or that camera data is fully kept.

Stopping Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time for operational reasons or violations of these terms. After access stops, refunds still follow the refund policy and the law.

Refund Terms

During the free preview we do not collect payment, so normal use has nothing to refund. If you see a charge you do not recognize and you believe it came from us, email support@aiautocropper.com. We reply within 5 to 7 business days. We do not control how long a bank takes to show the money.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is and as available. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site.
